From 2015 to 2018, the work, worship and focus of the Church of Scotland Guild have fallen under the strategy: Be Bold, Be Strong!

Members around the country are currently supporting 6 projects:

Guilds are free to choose to support any or all of these projects, both prayerfully and financially, while deepening their understanding of the underlying issues presented by each project. Guild projects have often been at the leading edge of the Church's work – they have addressed issues such as drugs, prostitution and AIDS, as well as support for training and initiatives for young people. Since 1997 the Guild has supported 36 projects and raised more than £3 million and since projects began back in 1969 the Guild has raised well over £6 million.

The members of Wellesley Guild have chosen this session to support the Christian Aid project and look forward to learning about the conditions in Bolivia when Val Brown visits on Wednesday 25th October.

THE GUILD

This lively group of ladies meet on a Wednesday evening from 7pm until 8.30pm from October to April and have a wide variety of speakers planned for the new session that starts in October 2018.
