Sunday 2nd December 2018 at 3pm

Our annual Service of Remembrance for those had been bereaved during the year, will be held on December 3rd in the church at 3pm. This service is open to everyone who wants to remember their loved one, please feel free to join us on this special day.  All the names of people who have passed away over the last year or so will be added to our Book of Remembrance and this is available every Sunday throughout the year. It is situated in the McKinlay Transept in the church.

This year we will be lighting candles during the service to remember our loved ones and friends who have passed away. We will also be placing thoughts and prayers on memorial trees that will remain in the church sanctuary, along with the candles until the Christmas season is past. The prayer cards will have space for your loved ones name, and any message or prayer that you would like to write.

After the service there will be refreshments served in the church hall, which provides all the families with time to chat and enjoy the company of others.

If you have someone who you would like to remember by having their name in the Book of Remembrance, please contact Gillian by the end of October.
